If you would like to glance at what was submitted last time choose your unit and click on the Last Submit button. Otherwise, just move to the section below and prepare to submit.
Select your unit, and then the year and quarter that you are submitting for (i.e. last quarter?), fill in the numbers below and click Transmit.
Remember, no matter which quarter you are transmitting, these are the totals so far since the BEGINNING of the Initiative.
